The haircut was good and the hairdresser was really friendly. They were short staffed at the time but made an effort to accommodate customers when possible. It's better to use their online booking system ahead of time than just drop in.
I had my hair done here today with Sheery, the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for long layered cut and not to cut my hair too short. I showed her the photo that I wanted and the hair cut I received was soo bad. She didn’t do the layers properly at all. It looks like someone used and bowl and just went and cut around it. My hair was long and now it’s only left to about my shoulder and the cut is soo uneven and when I said that this is not what I asked for she just brushed me off and made me pay $37. Not going back there again. I would not recommend at all.Service: Hairstyling

I away go to just cuts because she the young lady that I chose always looks after me really well I wish I could remember her name but if I hadn't had my own I would have forgotten it years ago
I was given an appointment at 1900 hrs on Thursday for my preschool son, but five minutes before that time she had a taken a client and made us to wait until 1940 and when checked on how long more, we were told would take more 10 mins at least and we could leave if we don’t want to wait.
This was my first visit to Just Cuts-NP and it definitely wouldn't be my last. I had a wonderful experience when I went in there last Monday. The staff were super friendly and Pam did an amazing job with my hair. She definitely knows what she's doing. She took great care with my hair and I am extremely happy with the end product. Thank you team for making my visit an awesome one!
Kelly cut my daughter's hair. She was friendly, polite, and professional. My daughter loved her experience and her new haircut. Price for the cut was really reasonable.
Friendly staff who are always busy and give great service. They have an app Just Cuts NZ that you can download and use to check-in or just check the wait time - as long as you're within 15km radius of the salon/mall. Times are still an approximation/estimation as it is a queueing service salon like a barber so they say to sdf kn on extra 30mins when checking in on the app. App also holds onto your loyalty rewards for any services and/or products bought in salon. This is great so you don't have to worry about carrying around another card in your wallet. These loyalty rewards can be used on any services or products in salon
