Went to the Ninja course that is at this site. Kids loved it. Can be a little exspensive, but you get some cool experiences for it. Arcade on site is pretty good too! Can get really really busy during school holidays! So book ahead and make sure you are ready to go when your time slot starts on the hour every hour.
We use to love coming here. With the cost of inflation this place has gotten seriously expensive $56 for 2 children to use the trampoline and play areanFor that price, you’d expect the owners to at least invest a little bit back in the place.nnUnfortunately it’s so shabby, seriously dirty filthy and run down that I’m reluctant to return.nnStaff are hit and miss too depending on their mood that daynIn the science area, half the stuff doesn’t work and is bordering on dangerousnExpensive for how disgusting it is
Playground needs a good clean especially the babys area, an the toilets / baby changing mats were horrific, instead i had to change my baby in our car boot. Customer service at start was lovely however we noticed some staff was not as friendly to children as what they should be in a kids playground.
Had a kids party here. Easy to arrange, and the kids loved it. Food and service was good and the play area was great. Only negative would be how cramped the seating area is
I had a very disappointing experience at Junglerama Wellington on 8 November 2025 around 3:55 PM.nnI came with my 4-year-old daughter and less than a minute after entering, I remembered I needed to bring some clothes to my son next door at Cyberpunk. I politely explained to the staff that I just needed to step out for one minute and come back. She responded rudely and said: “Once your child goes out, you can’t come back in. You’ll have to buy another ticket.” Even after I explained that my daughter was only four and couldn’t be left alone, she repeated the rule in an impatient and dismissive way.nnNo one told me about such a rule when I bought the ticket. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude, inflexible, and disrespectful. It made me feel looked down upon and humiliated. I have visited Junglerama before and had good experiences, but after this incident, I will never come back again. The service today was simply unacceptable and terrible.
