Doing a course of hypnotherapy with June is the best thing I could have done for myself. She is very warm & friendly & I always felt completely at ease with her. I can’t recommend June enough.nAt the start of 2024, anxiety and chronic hip pain following surgery were controlling my life. My first thought in the morning was about hip pain, and my last thought at night was the same. Any spare moment was consumed by worry, anxiety, pain, and the fear of it never improving. I spent hours Googling my symptoms and ruminating on “What if this never gets better?” I started to disengage from the world around me. I was depressed, miserable, and a shell of the person I used to be.nnJune has given me practical strategies that I’ve integrated into my daily life, helping me regain control over my anxiety and pain levels. My pain no longer controls me—I am in control now. My anxiety has significantly decreased, to the point where it’s almost nonexistent. Working with June is magical. I genuinely looked forward to each of our sessions. She is an expert in her field and I believe her wide range of experience has really enhanced how she conducts her patient led sessions.nnJune is solely there for the patient, during a discovery session she will pinpoint how she can help you and cater each session based on your journey. She will not charge for extra sessions if she doesn't see benefit something that was a concern to me, having never experienced therapy before.nnNot only did we accomplish the goal of removing old fears, she has given me the tools to continue self discovery and transformation. After 4 Sinus surgeries over the last 6 years, I was left with chronic facial migraine pain. Having been given many different drugs from the Doctor, some long term, I decided there must be a better way, so I approached June to see if she could help me.nI am please to say that after 4 sessions with June, and the use of her after care strategies, I am am now free of migraines for 4 months. Life-changing.nI saw June to get help with my chronic pain. A lot of people no doubt have the expectation with hypnotherapy that you go to sleep, wake up and you are miraculously cured. That's not how it works I quickly discovered!nIt's about peeling back so many layers, addressing emotions, past hurts, grievances and fears - many you don't realise you have.nJune took me on an incredible journey that required trust, self-belief and hard mahi at my end!nLike life, it's a work in progress. But she has given me the tools to deal with so much more than just pain.nJune is a precious taonga. Her love for what she does for others is infectious...I always walked away from our sessions with a smile.
