We specialise in teaching babies and beginners in our modern, purpose built, private facility.

Story

JUMP! was founded to create a private teaching facility for babies, infants and children to learn to swim; away from the vast numbers at public facilities. JUMP! provides a clean, modern and private indoor facility which is heated throughout the year. Our service is unique by providing smaller classes which allows the swim instructors to develop positive relationships with both parents and children. As our service is more intimate it allows the teachers to be able to focus on each child and gain trust and confidence which will enhance their swimming ability. As we are a private facility we expect that the customer service provided is reliable and beyond the standards of other swimming facilities.

Been through so many swim schools and Jump has been the best by a LONG mile! Both of my boys absolutely love swimming and their instructors are amazing. HIGHLY recommend!
There is not much to say about JUMP : they are simply the best ! if you want your kids to learn how to swim it's the best place to send them. From no skill up to lap time
We had a not so positive experience in this swim school with our daughter with Autism. I booked for a free trial over the phone and clearly informed the staff that she has Autism. The only question she asked was ‘Is she alright with the noise because there’s 2 classes going at the same time?’ and I said yes. I had to prepare my child and she was so excited for it. When we went there for the trial, the other staff said she could not let my daughter in for safety concerns not only for my daughter but for the other kids in the class and my daughter MIGHT DISTRACT THE OTHER KIDS! I’m surprised she already judged my daughter even without doing the trial. I asked her so what shall we do then? She said you have to contact us again. To all mums with kids with hidden disabilities wanting to book in this facility, please make sure the staff fully understands your child’s condition before coming for a trial. Save yourself for disappointment and extreme MELTDOWN. To Jump Albany, please educate your staff about costumer service especially for families with disabled kids. It might look insignificant but for these families, it might be a traumatic experience. Currently, my daughter is thriving and enjoying her swimming lessons at the other swim school. She follows instructions so well, learns a lot everytime and is not distracting other kids.
The facilities are lovely and well thought out for a family of all ages. The heaters, the change tables, and extras in the changing rooms are perfect and make it easier for parents. The schools best quality is the staff, the teachers are lovely. They make you a part of their family, and encourage the children and inspire them to love the water. The children are taught proper techniques and assessed regularly to make sure they are getting the most out of the lessons. It really is a lovely place for children to learn and be a part of.
Had our first lesson there today for our 3 month old. Such a well thought out layout, making it so easy for us to get him ready and get him all sorted out after. The instructor was so lovely and made us both feel comfortable. Can't wait to be back next week for his next lesson!
Great teachers! Nice and clean environment! Everything is so thoughtful! Especially the heater in each individual changing room would help a lot in winter time! My daughter loves the swimming classes here, and has made a great process since she joined jump swimming school! Hannah is always friendly and patiently with children, always smile and talking to the children in a nice manner! All the other staffs are also so friendly at welcoming parents and children! Best swimming school ever! Highly recommend!
Their customer service and communication is absolutely horrible. Very got a aggressive style and bully when having verbal or written communication.
We had a fantastic first lesson at JUMP! today and I am very excited for next week! The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The facilities are amazing, just what you need with little extras like wipes and nappy bags. The instructors are very professional but also personal which made the whole experience so easy! The pool is perfect temp and lots of different toys and tools for the lesson keep it so interesting. Cannot recommend enough we loved it!
I have dealt with a few swim schools on the shore, and this one is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. Not only are they getting top class lessons, with really good and passionate instructors, Debbie, who runs the school is simply a pleasure to deal with. Always willing to help out. I'm so happy we found Jump!
Much better than any other swim school we have tried over the shore. The classes here are top notch, teachers are amazing with the kids and special mention to Debbie who runs the place is amazing to deal with and you can see her passion in what she does! great center and will highly recommend this place
