I have lost, and successfully kept off for many years, in excess of 45 kg. I went the long/wrong way about it by doing a lot of crazy (and at times dangerous) methods to drop the fat as fast as possible. It wasn't until I incorporated clean eating and the gym into my life that I saw true results. I want to inspire you to stop doing all the crazy shit to lose weight, and help you on the path to wellness the right way the first time! It's truly a lifestyle change, and not a quick fix with an end point.
I am also a massive advocate/loud mouth about mental health issues, and the use of exercise and nutrition in keeping yourself well both physically and mentally.
I have a genuine desire to see people succeed and be the best versions of themselves they can be.
