Story

Julie Hanna was born in 1954 and has a background in teaching. Along with her husband David she owns Raglan Real Estate Ray White. Julie’s passion is selling property and more recently has become one of only two lady auctioneers in the Waikato and the only lady licensed auctioneer in Raglan. Julie works hard along with her team of salespeople and support staff. The results of extreme hard work has resulted in Raglan Real Estate being a very successful Real Estate agency in Raglan, maintaining a very high market share. Julie’s outlook on life and real estate is very much looking on the bright side of things, seeing the glass overflowing, making champagne when given lemons, to grow wiser, to view everyone who comes into her life as a teacher, and to laugh with others and at herself. She learnt quickly in her career and in life in general that to make a difference in the world that you cannot just follow the herd. To think of yourself as a winner but give yourself room to grow.
