Visited today, with my wife and two young kids.nWorst pool complex I have ever been to.nNo lifeguards watching one was talking to friends by the office see photo with over 50 people in the pool. Not good enough!nFemale toilets, toilet paper and sanitary pads on the floor.nMen’s was absolutely filthy. Toilet paper on the floor. Sh$! All over the toilet seats.nBig pool had lots and lots of sediment and stuff floating in it. Wouldn’t dare put my head undernA gang member or someone walking around pretending to be in a fight?!!nnWould not come back.
I went there today with my grand children for a swim, one of the toddlers wanted to use the toilet. The toilets weee blocked, all of them. I went to tell the staff in the shop. When I got there. the girls were playing games on there phone, the boys were doing the same. I said where is the Manager? We all are the manager. Not happy, these kids that work there don’t know what they doing, just there for the money, hope this is sorted, disgusting. Not a happy Nana.
Utter chaos. Packed with kids who think they are gang members based on the language they use and the signs they throw when a new one walks in the complex. Lifeguards are their friends and the lifeguards basically just watch as kids run around the pool over the don’t run letters. They bomb with plastic bottles which fly all over the place. A huge group of girls sports team just showed up with a huge Bluetooth speaker. Now the whole pool has to listen to their music blaring over the whole complex. They just let in a massive boys rugby league team at the same time. Pool is now packed to the brim and there is one lifeguard watching the chaos of running kids, running and bombing, swearing and aggro. If this is run by the Franklin Local Board, they have failed to make this a safe place. The fact no one has drowned or been injured is pure luck. The lifeguards are kids no older than most of the swimmers. They need some adult supervision from an adult not afraid to sort this place out. I’m all for kids having fun, but this is chaos and an accident waiting to happen.
It was a great time and fun at the pools , doing booms and swimming kids enjoy their swim.
This is a great place to cool off. Kiddies are free. Best in the 1st part of the day before all of the bodies get in there.nHave noted some negative attitudes from lifeguards towards the youth.nI highly recommend that you have an adult accompanying your youth. However that's not a guarantee as they do, on occasion, challenge adults too. But at least you can voice your point.
