I have always been very impressed with the quality of the photos and also with the photographers’ approach with young children, who find the photography sessions fun and enjoyable. The company also has wonderful customer service and very helpful staff.

Great service and friendly people. Very helpful. Checked requirements for passport photo background etc, and emailed photos within 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Free parking too.

Really friendly and quick. Great with my children at getting them to comply with their Passport photos. I had the approved photos emailed to me before I got home.

EDIT : just wanted to add on as to why I am NOT changeing my review...while yes your photos are lovly the fact is if I wanted 3 photos from the same code there would be no issue .... however because I wanted to get one of both my boys there as an issue..there are many companies that will allow you to do this.... however I do understand that this may be difficult for your company to do as you would have to hire someone to make this happen for you ... so what I would have expected to make it fair is for the difference in price to be deducted. While on the phone there was nothing said other than you could do anything no attempt at all to try and find a solution just a plan no we can't help. My review is not for the quality of the picture but the service received. Unfortunately not a good experience with this company... I have 2 boys at the same school. Photos were taken together and individually. They were sent home with two different shoot keys and there is an option for 3 different digital images. I wanted a photo of them each individually and together but because there are two different shoot keys, even though it's the same job same day, same school, same family, I couldn't get that offer. I phoned to ask if they could help but they said there was nothing they could do. Very unhelpful and unwilling, especially considering the price of school photos these days.
