Set back off Seabury Avenue quite some distance, this playground is a bit basic with limited equipment albeit under shadecloth.nnBUT But but .... the ***COOLEST*** pirate ship forecastle replica built by a local Good Sort a few years for the kids to clamber around on and get lost in their imagination!nnThere is also a Lookout up some steps where you can get a feel for the lay of the land and Manawatu River direction Foxton.nnYou are allowed to park on the grass field bordering Seabury Avenue.
A great little play ground. A good place for the kids to run around in .after a swim at the beach. And tables to eat fish and chips on
Nice little playground across the road from the Foursquare. Places to eat and hide in the shade. And the little lookout has a nice view too.
