Excellent people, excellent health care, can't believe I hadn't enrolled here much sooner! Thanks team, appreciate it.

Really poor communication and customer service. Impossible to book an appointment, even for a sick child. The admin staff are all over the place and have no idea what is going on, can't even pronounce their Doctors names correctly or any Maori words.  Enrolled with a different practice.

Horrible customer services, got a bad manner call at 7:40am for 7pm phone consultation  which you can use msg or email to do. What does she has in mind?

I am a fairly new patient here as I have just moved into the area, and I am absolutely over the moon with the service of the Doctor I have been given and the nurses. So Dr. FRANCES MOORE you are awesome. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you for everything.

I took my daughter here and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The Doctor was able to give me practical advice on how to manage her symptoms and I left feeling very reassured.

Received a very quick response to my email with exactly what I asked for.
