The furniture store in Timaru that still believes in customer service! I needed to replace the matress on my sleepercouch, and not one of the other stores were interested. The kind sales person at John's quickly phoned the supplier and arranged a replacement

Friendly staff and great service

Great selection of household and outdoor furniture and very affordable. Also big range of huge pots - all colours and shapes. Very helpful and friendly service

I purchased a lounge suit recliners . 4 months later i reporyed the problem to the Timaru store . The branch manager told me i must weigh 120kgs . Innitually on the day of purchase this was not mentiomed. I personally would not recomend dealing as when you have a problem like mine its not sorted out they just walk away from the problem. I am still waiting for them to collect the suit to fix it up or replace

Amazing. A furniture shop that actually sells you furniture on the same day. All other shops had a 3 month wait
