Never an issue finding or ordering materials. Their always-helpful staff clearly have backgrounds in trade. I haven't been to another hardware source since discovering this outlet. All timber dry and straight.

Shocking customer service! Making excuses for Mainfreight not delivering an order for items from Christchurch 5 days after ordering!!! So I have cancelled the order. Very poor attitude. All you had to do was apologise and chase them up not make bloody excuses!!! I will get them from Placemakers or Bunnings.
