Mei Ling is my favourite masseuse. She knows exactly where I'm sore whether it's lower back, shoulders or hamstrings and would adjust the massage based on where it needs attention the most. I have been going here once a month for nearly 2 years now and have no plans of going elsewhere. Irene the proprietor is lovely to deal with. The place itself is decent, nothing too fancy, just the right place with the right price if you want a great chinese style relaxing / deep tissue massage.

Just went in for a lymphatic facial massage. I had the BEST experience. Staff were so incredibly warm and lovely, the masseuse was unreal, she was gentle but firm and I’ve walked out feeling like a new person! Highly recommend going!

Mei Ling knows her way with massage. I went there for hydrodemabrasion but got neck and hands massage as part of the package. That was the best hands massage I've ever got. My fingers were sore from a long time and never realized it can be pain-free until after the massage. She was very meticulous in both facial and massage. I'm leaving 4 stars cos I didn't see much difference from hydrodermabrasion but I'm not 100% sure if it was the parlor or it's just my skin which didn't react well to the facial. I'll wait out a couple more days and if my skin improves, I'll update my rating. I've heard it takes 72 hrs to see a difference after the facial. So, I'll just wait it out. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

Would not recommend this place. Booked a 90minute deep tissue massage, turned up and explained to the therapist that I wanted head/neck/back/shoulders only. Inside the room, it was not the cleanest dirty waxing station, pillow on massage table had, makeup on it and no face hole in the massage table, meaning body positioning was uncomfortable. When the massage started, the therapist began with my feet/legs, not my back, as requested. after 2 minutes i reminded him that I had asked for an upper body only massage. Only 2 minutes later, another therapist walked into the room without knocking, turned the lights on and wheeled out the waxing trolley, completely ignoring privacy and ruining any relaxation. Once the other therapist had left the room, the massage therapist put oil on my back and began to massage - however, due to having long nails, with the pressure used immediately scratched straight up my back. At this point, I called things to and end and left the spa. Totally the opposite of what I was hoping for. The spa itself including all towels and equipment need a thorough clean, massage therapists need to engage with clients check for injuries, preferences and listen to requests. If you're looking for a relaxing, quality treatment do not go to JMs beauty.

JM's Beauty is incredible! I go every 4 weeks for a facial and brow/eyelash wax and tint. Their facials are incredibly luxurious including vitamin masks, laser treatments, and more. They really knows what they are doing and have my highest recommendation for anyone looking for happy glowing skin in this area.

Have sorted out my issue with the owner lady I spoke to on arrival, after speaking to her after I can admire that she took the time to speak to me and explain the process, miss communication does happen so thank you for taking the time to explain. I appreciate your time and efforts.

Just had a beauty facial with Irene, I asked for a relaxing facial and that is exactly what I got! The facial left my skin glowing but I left feeling so relaxed after I received a head, face, neck and arm massage too. It was a treat! I highly recommend
