brilliant service, office staff exceptional, above and beyond service, have vehicle taken as stolen however better communication from them then police. would use if needed recovery. when i was there there was a lot of people in reception and the women were dealing with everyone in order, however the vehicles they have are lots of no insurance or no tax seizures, the staff was getting a lot of abuse as people was taking out on them for police seizing there cars! , my experience was a very positive one. if ever i need a recovery i will be in contact with them.
If you encounter these people chances are you've already having a bad day because your car has been impounded as they act as an agent for West Midlands police and tow cars away that are crashed, obstructing, not insured or taxed. That said they're nice enough people to deal with which takes the sting out a bit, they guy even helped mend my car which died the night before.
My car was stolen, fortunately, I was able to recover the location myself using tracking. West Midlands police insisted on the car being checked for Forensic evidence, this meant JK Autos recovering the vehicle and taking to their secure compound. My first contact with JK Autos was by telephone, the lady who answered was really quite rude and seemed more concerned by who would pay their fees for recovery. Taking into account that my house had been broken into, and the car taken by knifepoint. They showed no empathy whatsoever, not a care in the world about the end consumer. I travelled to JK autos to ask if there was any damage to the car on the drivers door, as it had been banged against a brick wall when the thief took the car. Again not a care in the world for me or the emotional place I was currently in, I cant tell you anything about the car, as its a company policy, I asked if they could check the photos to reassure me of this, after a snotty exchange again, she said, very slight damage to the door. 2 weeks later I was finally allowed to collect my car, again told by some snotty person, if its not collected by a certain date we are charging you handling. When I arrived at their establishment, I was told to wait for it to be released, no timescale, no politeness, just left waiting. As I sat in the office, I could hear the language being used by them on the telephones and to each other, vile swearing and slagging people off. When my car was finally brought to me, a large grease monkey covered in oil and filth, got out of the car leaving the seats filthy. Showed no emotion when asked about this, not an apology at all, the car was covered in mud where it had been driven god knows where. The worst part to come, the car was trashed, with damage to the front of the vehicle, damage to the rear of the vehicle. When the vehicle was recovered by me, the thief had the car no more than the time it took to drive from my property to the end location, I tracked the route and it did not deviate anywhere from this. There was not enough time for the thief to cause these damages. Again I brought this to the attention of the reception, who again with out a single bit of empathy or care, proclaimed that it already looked like that in the beginning, this is a total fabrication. The car had clearly either been pushed to close to a fence or posts, or something had reversed into the car whilst in their possession. These people are only a level above the person who stole my car. I would encourage you to never have anything to do with them. The worst example of service and attitude I have ever had to encounter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Omg. Worst customer service ever. Called to say I was collecting car didn’t even know who I called because they answer with “hello” and when I said am I speaking with jk auto Centre they responded with “yes” and I said I’m collecting my car today she responded “nooo, we’re closed today” in the moodiest tone ever. And I said is there anyway I can and she said “no” and that was literally the end of the conversation. Avoid at allll costs!!
Absolute terrible service, organise for collection of a part, told they would be there on a arrival. travelled an hour for them not to be there. ignoring the fact i had to park in this absolute sh*thole i waited for them to respond. nothing came of it. My only advice is stay well well away.
If you are unlucky enough to get your car stolen and then recovered pray that that the police don't take it there. Staff are moody and unorganized. All my belongings have never been returned since April. Really bad
Poor service. Staff has got attitude, cars been here for 3 days and no audits been done. Was told over the phone to come and collect it but staff don’t wanna help. Trying to rip us off with extra days payment.
