Brian fit that bill nicely and does an excellent job of ensuring issues that could come back to bite you are highlighted. The high quality video tour and narration, house presentation advice and great communication were all just the icing on the cake. The marketing was spot on which was evident in the numbers turning up for the open homes. Brain did a great job sorting out the tire kickers from the serious buyers all the while providing heaps of stats and updates. Brian achieved a great sale in a shaky housing market.
