Howdy! I’m profoundly grateful that I was referred to Jetkrate by a New Zealand supplier who does not ship to my country. I love Jetkrate! for their excellent service. Now, I have two addresses – one in New Zealand and one in the UK. I can confidently shop online and use these addresses. Jetkrate does the job. If it was elsewhere, I would have paid more than the $78 freight cost via DHL for a 2.5 kg package through Jetkrate. I just wanna thank those awesome people behind Jetkrate who have given us this platform to make shipping a breeze. A very satisfied customers.
This is the worse forwarder ever had. No response from the support team and the item never received as indicated. During the selection I choose nzpost and it indicate the shipment will arrive within 10 business. From 24 Oct until now 21 Dec, almost 2 month, I have yet received my item and there is no assistance from them. Poor service! No recommended [updated response] Thank you Jetkrate for understanding my frustration. I do understand that nzpost lousy standard doesn't reflect your quality of service however it does affect you indirectly. I did some research and found that nzpost has a poorest rating score of 1 out of 5 and seem like I am not the only one who lose parcel in transit. This is my first time who lose it parcel and i do not wish to lose it as it is wasting everybody time. If Nzpost is so much not reliable, I suggest Jetkrate should review using their service to prevent similar incident again or even remove the option of untrackable. Once again I appreciate your follow-up with nzpost to file a claim but i do really hope they can find my parcel.

Really appreciate how quick your team processed my parcel and I received everything undamaged and sealed as sent from the supplier within 3 days. It was refreshing dealing with a company that's efficient in what they do from my first enquiry through to delivery. Instructions on how to use Jetkrates service from Varun was clear and very straight forward. Will definitely keep Jetkrate in mind for future purchases from Italy/anywhere where suppliers don't ship to my city.
Review from July 28, 2022. If I could give no stars, I would. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use this service. THIS IS A SCAM! I received notice from the carrier that my package was delivered two days ago on July 26, 2022. I reached out to inquire about the status of my package because the inbox icon was not showing my package delivered but, I was told that my package had not arrived. I screenshot my tracking information and was told that the tracking numbers did not match my package that they have received, and have stolen from me. The tracking numbers not matching was a lie. I live in N.America, what the heck else would I be ordering to be delivered on that side of the world? I was also asked to provide DL/utility bills with the same shipping address information that is listed in the profile due to my email address not being my name. Their profile creating system generated my first and last name as my email address name; not all emails use the person's first and last name. I sent my information utility bills, CURRENT and also advised that I live with my sister, meaning bills of course are NOT going to be in my name but, the address information is listed to prove that that is my package. I also advised that I do NOT have a DL. I have yet to get a reply. This experience was provided from some janice smith person. In addition to dealing with her, and seeing no resolution. I reached out to a david and used the generic email at the bottom of the website.. still no reply. This location is 17 hours ahead of me. I should've listened to my right mind and NOT dealt with this AT ALL! But out of desperation and seeing the fake account reviews, I did. Do not believe the other reviews because I can guarantee, they are not real. I have the email chains of this experience, tracking information and it will show you that I have been reaching out for 48 hours straight and have gotten no response. My package was delivered and has been stolen by this company. This has been the worst experience, very disappointing and a lot of my money was wasted on what I ordered to get shipped to me. It sucks dealing with this type of stuff. Do not believe the generic reply to this review, if there is one. They have not resolved this issue and from the looks of it, may not. This scamming business is closed on sat and sun meaning, there will be an additional 48 hours that my package will sit and NOT be in transit. I cannot begin to fathom how outraged this has made me. If you cannot walk, or drive to a location, do not use the service. This world is full of scammers and this is one. I have also been looking for a corporate number that is accessible for the customers in N. America and have yet to find one meaning, you will never get to speak to a live rep. This service is a scam. Do not get got.. I am reporting to BBB and am using the email chains and carrier information and will also update trustpilot with a real review. Thanks for lying, scamming and stealing from me jetkrate.
Excellent service by Jetkrate -Fast and reasonable. kept me informed at each stage and my package was delivered securely over night. Will use again and would definitely recommend to others.
