the old man who runs this place is super friendly. he is helpful and seems very knowledgeable. hope business is going well and i do plan on coming back soon for more succulents :
Went in to buy some plants & couldn’t find anyone. The owner came out about 5mins later which didn’t bother me too much as I was looking at the plants. However, after I asked some standard “Gardening questions” I received very passive/aggressive, cheeky answers. After letting her know I don’t appreciate being spoken to like that she toned it down & started grabbing very sad & dead looking plants which I wasn’t interested in buying so I left. Hopefully I’ll get better service next time.
Always an awesome experience, love this garden center, i'll be back soon for a couple of things for my outdoor pots.
Good selection and prices but the owner could use a lesson or two in customer service. Nobody ever appeared while I was wandering around and I had some questions. Would have gladly bought more if someone would have asked if I needed any help. Once I finally went to buy, she was very condescending and unhappy. I wanted to leave the plants on the counter and walk off. I won't be going back.
Godd quality but cheap plants. Wide range, including a large selection of succulents. Small through med/lge grades. Helpful staff. No-frills plant area.

Poor customer service, only went back a second time for the small plants. Better of paying a bit more and getting a reasonable size.
Best service and product for hedge plants. I’m in auckland and it’s quicker to have plants delivered than going to my local garden centre. Totally recommend
