My PRECIOUS has arrived and I feel as happy as Gollum now I understand him even better why he was so obsessed with this ringAs soon as I opened the beautiful box, it was there, staring at me. I couldn’t help but put it on my finger straight away. It just fitted like magic, so smooth and heavy feel. I’m talking about utter quality and craftsmanship here and it couldn’t get more original than this, your ring comes from Middle Earth.... Even the box that the ring is presented in is carved in elvish and so beautifully presented. Service from start to finish is tops and the whole process is worth every penny. Super excited and big thank you Jens Hansens team for all your efforts.
My wife and I ordered elvish wedding rings in red gold from Jens Hansen back in March 2020. We were afraid of ordering rings we had not tried on, but we took the plunge and we were not disappointed! The customer service was great. They made sure everything was precisely the way we wanted. When they arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful craftsmanship. My particular ring is quite hefty I was hoping it would be!. The day of our wedding finally arrived in October and waiting to wear these beautiful works of art was quite difficult for both of us! Thank you very much Jens Hansen! You made our special day that much more special!
I am SO impressed by Jens Hansen! With all the COVID regulations, I was hesitant about ordering anything internationally. I ended up ordering a custom engraved wedding ring for my fiance, and it arrived in less than one month! The ring quality is amazing and it looks better than I hoped. The whole Jens Hansen team was very thorough during the ordering process, and they made sure to confirm the "custom text" with me before they started engraving the ring. I was able to speak to a member of the Jens Hansen team while exploring design options, and they answered all of my questions regarding insurance, shipping and estimated arrival for the ring. I highly recommend Jens Hansen to anyone who desires quality ring designs and exceptional customer service.
Ray made up a special 1956 shilling pendant for me and it was fantastic, staff help with a necklace to suit. Overall experience was effortless with top notch manufacturer and sales staff.

I’m very happy with the whole process, first, the order was fulfilled within almost a week, which is great considering customised engraving. The package was delivered the following day. And the packaging was so nice and neat with attention to all the details. As massive Lord of the Rings fans my fiance decided we needed "The One Ring " wedding rings Jens Hansen didn't disappoint. I wish to thank all the masters and people who handle customers for their craftsmanship and excellent service! Rings and chains are so beautiful, and they look perfect - just as I remember them from the movie. Well, with the only difference that I bough the silver ring At first, I hesitated to make a purchase, because their delivery service didn't ship to Russia. I wanted to use a mail forwarder, who takes some extra payment for their service, but was unsure if FedEx will handle my case. But people from customer service told me it is okay to ship this way, and now I'm a happy owner of these beautiful pieces. I hope to visit your store and workshop one day in person with my fiancee and pick our wedding rings
I absolutely love the wedding ring the crew at Jens Hansen made for me!!  Amazing craftsmanship and awesome service; I am so glad I went here for my ring!!  Since I live overseas, I consulted with staff either by email or using the super-easy and responsive chat service on their website.  They were very accommodating, helpful, and patient since I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted initially. In the end, I wanted my ring in a custom Quenya poem high elvish -which wasn't available on the website, and the Jens Hansen staff were able to engrave my custom request.  Overall amazing service!! Would highly recommend!!
I've wanted the One Ring for 19 years, since I was 6 and LotR first came out. I've had tungsten, silver, and gold plated versions throughout my life, but absolutely nothing compares to this solid gold version. It weighs 17 grams and feels so unbelievably heavy I understand why Frodo felt like collapsing under its weight. I got the 14ct gold version but it shines and reflects more beautifully than any piece of 18ct gold I've ever had. This was a gift for my 25th birthday and it's the best thing I've ever received. One Ring to rule them all, one ring to find them. One ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them!!
Dear Jens Hansen, Purchased item: Platinum weddingbands with some custom text inside and a small diamond on female ring. The rings... are well received. And Oh my gawd... you guys have skills... I mean... the roundings, the laser gravings, font type selections, the weight, the size, and everything else are perfect!!!!! The rings will be worn for life and this quality is an absolutely a must.
