Great company and team to build with, I highly recommend them as a choice for any new builds in the Franklin area. Their sales team Louise Court is top level, with great attention to detail, responsive to customer requests and changes in the lead up to final plans. Also during the actual build their focus on quality work and timely completion within the agreed budget was second to none. If I was to build new again I would definitely choose Jennian Homes Franklin as the builder of choice.
We Built with Jennian in Pukekohe over 2024, the entire process was seamless and easy. I’ve built with other building companies before and the way Jennian handled the design/construction/handover is by far the best experience I’ve had. We couldn’t recommend them enough. The final product is everything we designed and asked for, perfect in every way.
Our new home was beyond expectations. Quality workmanship and fittings make our home so easy and comfortable to enjoy our life. The team were awesome from start to finish. And went above and beyond to sort things out for us, especially Louise.
Jennian Franklin branch has friendly, helpful and informed people who help you and support you along your home building journey. We would use them again for the quality and support they provided.
