Story

Jennian Homes was started in Hamilton 35 years ago by Ian and Jenny Patton. Within 15 years there were several North Island Jennian Home Franchises operating and the total volume of home builds pushed them to be ranked in the top 3 building companies in NZ.

The first South Island Franchise awas started in Christchurch in 1997. For 20 years, we have been producing well designed, top quality family homes, ranging from small 80sq.m modest single storey units to large 350sq.m plus two storey dwellings.

Throughout Jennian Homes proud 35 years NZ wide history, we have never failed to complete a home. In fact for your peace of mind, Jennian Homes guarantees the completion of your new home.

Jennian Homes are Registered Master Builders and we also provide a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee with all homes. This along with our 36-month Maintenance Warranty (NZ Requirement and industry standard is only 12 months), ensures you are well protected for any eventuality that may occur.

All Jennian Homes Canterbury North Owners / Directors are hands-on and actively involved in the operation of either the Canterbury North Franchise or the wider Jennian Homes National Parent Company. Dwayne Prendergast (General manager) and Paul Jenkins (Operations Manager) oversee the day to day running of the Canterbury North Franchise and have oversight from the sales process right through to the completion and handover of the home.
