PLEASE AVOID Our once happy and fearless little dachshund is terrified of other dogs after a number of bad experiences at Doggies and Compagnie. The company chooses profit over the wellbeing of dogs and thus takes far too many dogs of all different sizes on their forest walks. Our walker, Kassandra, was absolutely lovely and was great with our dog, but unfortunately her job is impossible with the amount of dogs she is required to take. On her recent visit to the forest, I was horrified to get a phone call in the early afternoon from a Vet in Versailles to let me know that a man had handed our dog in, having found her cowering beneath a car in an underground car park. To get there she must have crossed a very busy road. On further investigation, she had been scared by another big dog and not a cyclist as we were led to believe. Because the walker had so many dogs to look after she was unable to catch our dog and she was missing in the forest alone for 3 hours. Unfortunately, Eric has a rule that his walkers and clients can't contact each other directly, it must all go through him. Eric was on holiday, so I didn't even know our dog was missing all that time. Anything could have happened to her....we are SO lucky that a kind gentleman delivered her to a vet. Eric is one of the most unpleasant characters I have ever had to deal with. He failed to even apologise for losing our dog as he was on holiday and didn't answer his phone in those crucial hours. He treats his clients and I suspect his staff with the utmost disrespect. He has shouted at me on a number of occasions now. His aggressive and arrogant attitude has forced me into writing this. The man is a bully, with an answer to everything. And the customer is always wrong. We are so grateful to have our dog back and will ensure never ever to entrust her to this company again. It was a traumatic and horrific experience to say the least.
Eric and his team are absolutely great. My dog CODY Belgian Shepherd has been with them on daily forest walks and their country retreat for almost two years. I could not hope for better, reliable, and trustworthy service. A gold-star team without a doubt! Marga S. Paris 16eme.
Thank you to everyone at Doggies and Compagnie for taking such wonderful care of Franklin for the last two years. Knowing that she was getting good exercise everyday in the forest and getting to socialize with other dogs and people gave me great peace of mind. I am especially grateful for all of the times that you boarded her, sometimes on short notice. I always knew she was going to be treated well.
Our dog Lenny has stayed with Eric and Doggies and Company about 4 or 5 times over the last 18 months and we would really highly recommend this company! Lenny loves his time at Doggies and Company, and we love being able to go away with peace of mind knowing that Lenny is somewhere that he'll be well taken care of! We even get some videos and photos sent to us from time to time of Lenny socializing and playing with the other dogs his size. Merci Eric & Co!
Wonderful service and extremely reliable. The staff at Doggies et Companie truly love dogs, and they are extremely reliable for anything you need. I rely on Doggies for City Walks 2x a week, Country Walks 3x a week and for boarding when I go away. I have even had their staff stay in my home when I travel. They are kind, good with dogs, and very trustworthy. Highly recommend!
In 2016 we moved to Paris for two years with our Cocker Spaniel, Buster. We immediately needed a dog walking service so Buster can socialize with other dogs and we were referred to Eric and his team at Doggies Et Compagnie. Their service is just so great and reliable and we even booked him in over weekends staying with them when we had to go away. We never had any problems and we knew Buster was taken care of all the time while in their care. When we had to leave Paris, moving to Cape Town they even helped to organize all the logistics! Even the Vet visits and export documents. Everything went according to plan and Buster arrived in South Africa completely fine and happy. I can highly recommend all their services! Thank you again to Eric, Gabriela and Chris! Buster misses you all.
The best care for your dogs that you could hope for beyond yourself! Eric and Gabriella are true dog lovers. I have 2 very difficult dogs and they look after them superbly.
