I came in today to inquire about a price match for a TV, and I was honestly so impressed with the service! The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to explain everything to me in detail. Not only did they help me with the price match, but they even offered to extend the warranty for free, which I wasn’t expecting at all. I really appreciated how they made sure I had everything I needed and took the time to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back for my future shopping needs!
I just want to shout out an amazing worker. Andy he was so helpful. When i was trying to figure out what monitor to get he recommended me one and even gave me a great deal. Thank you Andy for your amazing customer service
This is specifically for the Asian guy there, very fast on his feet and very very helpful whenever i come in but always forget to ask his name since Im too busy being happy. Love his kindness and speed. So if you see him ask for him if he's not already busy and you will be as satisfied as me. Overall the store is great and the rest of the staff is helpful and welcoming. Like the level of security as well knowing no one is getting what i paid for, for free HAHAHHA
I had a feeling they get on to browsers really closely and it appears they’re suspecting.nnIt’s fairly understandable in such high ticket electronic device business. However that vigilance can be done from a little distance. One person left us for independent browsing and another buddy came right after and started explaining. We didn’t appreciate it. Hope they learn from this and just ignore when a customer really want to browse by themselves. No complaint, just a feedback
