I bought dji osmo mobile 7P from this place. The box was missing charger cable , charger, magnetic phone clamps, manual book, USB and other things . It was my first purchase from Jb hifi. Sales person was rushing a lot to sale this last piece. May be just interested in scoring their sales points. Never going there again .
Have had such a good experience for our families phone contracts and tech with Tayler at JB hifi. She sorted our plans with 2 degrees and helped upgrade 3 sets of numbers with ease. Always communicating either email/ text. Best customer service and super knowledgeable. Thanks so much Tayler!
I was surprised to be asked to sign something only go find out that it was me agreeing to pay 2 year warranty. There was no expalanation about it to me, and I only found it out on my way to the cashier whilst reading my invoice. Otherwise. I liked the product I bought.
Here to sing Jo's praises! Both her and the young man I spoke with felt like talking to a friend I only came in to look at the smart watches and buy some headphones, but I got an AMAZING deal and left with both - and exactly what I wanted. Jo knew all the answers to my questions, and offered solutions that not only fit my needs, but the way she went above and beyond was super impressive and I'm extremely grateful. Basically the best instore experience I've ever had. Thank you so much again!
I went in to buy headphones and was asked if I’m paying for the product upfront or on AfterPay. This comment would’ve been fine because I thought maybe it was standard procedure even though I’ve never ever been asked that at any other stores but then the worker proceeded to look at my phone, make a comment on how it looked nice, asked what model/brand it is, and then asked if I was paying for it on a plan.. is that standard procedure for Customer Service? The two comments one after the other just made me feel extremely uncomfortable and the experience felt like an invasion of privacy. I still ended up purchasing the headphones because I needed them, but left feeling very uncomfortable and confused at the whole experience. What was meant to be a simple trip to pick up new headphones turned into an unfortunate experience ‍
