I had a wonderful experience.nWe collected my birthday gift without any issues. We called ahead to check if they have it physically in stock and if they could price match it. After confirmation, I drove to pick it up. A helpful Asian man staff member climbed up to get it from the very top shelf. He asked if I needed necessary items etc SD card and bag. He asked in a way that wasnt pushy, just helpful. Thank you!
Have had such a good experience for our families phone contracts and tech with Tayler at JB hifi. She sorted our plans with 2 degrees and helped upgrade 3 sets of numbers with ease. Always communicating either email/ text. Best customer service and super knowledgeable. Thanks so much Tayler!
I visited this store this afternoon and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at the checkout. The young lady at the counter was extremely unprofessional and showed no basic customer service skills. From start to finish, there was no smile, no greeting, and not a single polite word. When I asked if she could provide me with a bag cuz I literally saw other customers has got a bag with exactly the product I got , her response was simply a blunt refusal without offering any alternative solution.nnWhat should have been a pleasant shopping experience turned into a disappointing one due to this interaction. I truly hope management can take this feedback seriously and provide proper customer service training, as front desk staff represent the image of the store.
Dane was absolutely amazing to deal with. I came in feeling pretty upset and annoyed about the 3G shutdown affecting my phone even though it’s a 5G device!, but he completely turned the experience around. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful while guiding me through finding a new phone. Dane made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I left feeling much happier than when I walked in. Outstanding customer service — highly recommend asking for him!
