My poppa’s funeral was perfect, the attention and time taken by staff to really get to know the family and cater to their every need was all we could have asked for and more. Celebrant Nicola even included members of family who could not be there in her words, and made even those over livestream feel welcome and involved the times of covid. Admin staff member Debbie made the somewhat mundane task of payment and administration easy and light, and is always a welcoming and understanding face to the company. Thank you Jason Morrison’s for everything you did and continue to do.
We just wanted a small, informal gathering close to Warkworth to say farewell to our elderly uncle. Jason Morrison Funerals provided the perfect place and the perfect atmosphere for us to do this. They are right in Warkworth and Jason and Nicola handled everything for us so that the whole process was very easy and smooth and very painless. The service was exactly what we wanted and I think our uncle would have been very happy with the farewell we gave him. Thank you Jason & team.

Jason Morrison Funeral Services provided wonderful professional care on the recent passing of my Mother. One of my Mothers requests before she died was that Nicola take her service. Nicola lived up to Mums expectations. She did a marvelous job telling Mums life story. Showing sincerity, humour and compassion. Unfortunately we have used Jason Morrison on three other occasions and they have always delivered friendly, helpful, caring service. They seem to take the stress out of these difficult situations. I have personally attended two funerals that Jason Morrison Funeral services have facilitated. I found Nicola to be so caring and loving and had so much empathy for everyone at the service. I came away feeling like Nicola actually knew and understood all about the deceased by how she portrayed the eulogy. Both Jason and Nicola engaged and connected sincerely, their professionalism is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring guidance to prepare for a celebration of life and funeral service.
We’re so thankful that we chose the exceptional team at Jason Morrison Funeral Services when Dad passed away, followed just 11 months later by Mum. As a whānau we were adrift having lost both our ‘anchors’ in less than a year, yet despite feeling raw and vulnerable, we couldn’t have been in safer hands. Jason and his team of professionals patiently guided us through the funeral planning process. Unlike previous experiences using slick funeral directors, who promised the world but left us feeling like faceless numbers on a conveyor belt, we found Jason’s community focused team treated us more like family. They put us at ease, never rushed us and from beginning to end communication was excellent, with all costings explained up front. Absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble for Jason and his team as they tenderly cared for our parents, while allowing our family to do what we needed to grieve. I cannot recommend highly enough the incredible, professional care and support provided by Jason, Nicola and their team at the time of my father in-laws death. They made a difficult time so seamless and uncomplicated. Nicola and Jason have immense empathy and an incredible way with people and words. A family business caring for families.
