Story

I have a passion for real estate in the greater West Auckland area. Living and working locally means I can offer honest and real advice about the local property market and areas as a whole. I want to use my knowledge and skills to help my clients and to make a difference in the community.
Up until 2013, I worked as a mortgage and insurance broker for seven different insurance and finance companies. I was a registered financial advisor and if required I can offer clients advice on mortgages, fire and general insurance, business insurance, life insurance products incl unit trusts, kiwisaver and alike, including budgeting.
I am a capable salesperson. I succeed at anything I put my mind to and am dedicated to helping my clients achieve top results. Having lived in the area for over 25 years, and have seen it grow, expand and diversify. I am able to relate to many types of people from different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds which means that I can offer my services to almost anyone who needs it.
As well as a business owner, I have been a landlord myself and therefore, have an understanding of many facets of the property market including positive and negative gearing.
