Story

Few jobs provide a better insight into the lives of everyday Kiwis than community healthcare, which is exactly what I did for more than a decade before embarking on a career in real estate.

During my time with Plunket I was welcomed into the homes of people from all backgrounds and cultures. Those experiences helped me to develop a unique appreciation for the role property plays in our lives.

I understand how daunting buying a home and how stressful selling one can be! I also understand the intricacies of property investment, having bought and sold numerous properties.

I firmly believe that the relationship between a real estate professional and their clients should be a genuine partnership – a collaborative effort that sees everyone informed and involved throughout the process.

Review of Sarah Fidow, Real Estate Agent: We had bought our house through Sarah two years prior, and when we came to sell, the decision to choose her was easy. She is engaging, accessible and understands the market well. She gave us a clear outline of the process from the beginning, including options, costs and expectations. That process progressed well and we felt in the loop every step of the way. We felt that we were in control of the process and the timeline, but Sarah was also ready to give advice about how to best bring the house to market.
