Fabulous service. I phoned late in the day on a day before a public holiday to ask if flowers could be delivered the next day. I thought initially that she was going to say no - much like the handful of florists that I'd already called, but after asking what I required, I was told that yes, they would deliver for me. I got the impression that this was indeed an exception, and not a normal delivery day. My friend was thrilled with both the unexpected delivery, & the flowers, and after seeing a pic of them so was I, they were exactly as advertised. Top marks from me, & a repeat customer when I next need a delivery in Auckland :

Reliable and prompt service by Jan, trading hours were flexible until 6pm, unlike other local shops were closing early around 2pm. I'm in Wellington and I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday, she's in Auckland. It's always tricky wondering what you're going to get when you're in a different city but I needn't have worried. Jan Maree Flowers delivered the most gorgeous arrangement florist selection. Very pleasant place. Lady owner really saved me, cause I was desperately in need of dozen of red roses. She helped me even though it was after hours. I ordered bouquet by phone and was a bit afraid of what it's gonna be, but it turned out very decent bouquet made in style of wonderful red roses. Highly recommend, great service.
Ordered online from Perth for my mums birthday 15th March, always love to support local businesses as I grew up in Manurewa. My mum loved her bright bouquet of flowers and the photo doesn't it do it justice as family reported that the bouquet was stunning. Tulips were beeeeautiful, exactly like the photos! Was a tad disappointed that the "card" was just message written at the back of the delivery address paper but its not the end of the world : would order again!
