ABOUT YVETTE:

As a local to Northland and being raised in Kerikeri, Yvette loves the area. She understands the importance of local knowledge and being able to advocate the amazing lifestyle that Kerikeri has to offer is essential for achieving premium property prices.

Having travelled internationally she finds New Zealand and Kerikeri have something special to offer, its rambling rivers, secluded beaches and native bush all welcome and encourage enjoyment, exploration and relaxation. What more could you ask for when looking for a place to make your home?

With over 10 years in customer service gained from positions both nationally and abroad Yvette understands it is people who count and she takes a personal approach with every one of her clients making sure their needs are met. With positions in banking, tourism, hospitality and care-giving she brings fresh new ideas, energy and enthusiasm to gaining results, while listening to individual concerns, whether you are interested in purchasing or selling property.

ABOUT JAN:

Jan moved to Kerikeri with his family back in 2011 and they all think the Far North of New Zealand is “awesome as”.

Based in the beautiful Bay of Islands with his wife and two sons, Jan finds plenty of opportunities to be involved with the community. These activities have included organising the annual Cape Brett Challenge trail run/walk and being president of the Kerikeri Striders Multisports Club. He also serves as a Justice of the Peace.

His positive attitude and local community involvement serve as a perfect springboard for his real estate career with LJ Hooker in Kerikeri.

Being a relative newcomer, Jan relishes helping clients buy and sell in the region and takes pride in promoting this beautiful part of the world and calling the Bay of Islands “home”.

Prior to relocating a family business from the UK, Jan’s background was in IT consultancy, beginning with Deloitte. He has been engaged on client based projects both in the UK and Europe and travelled extensively.
