One of most helpful recruitment agency I have come across, took time to understand what I was looking for and helped me identify ideal role for me. JAM has been excellent in helping me find my first job in the tech industry for a fresh out of university graduate. I've nothing but praise for the people I've spoken to at JAM, especially for Emma who helped me secure the job. Would very much recommend.

I received a friendly call from Paddy at Jam, asking if I would be interested in a particular tech based role that he was looking to fill. The particular role wasn't one that I was interested in pursuing, however I did explain the area that I was looking to work in, and Paddy took note. Around 10 minutes later, I received another call from Paddy, explaining that his colleague Victoria had further reviewed my CV and that they had spotted points of alignment with a lucrative opportunity. They encouraged me to apply for the lucrative role, supporting me impeccably throughout the application process and generally helping me realise my worth and building my confidence. I landed the role and since, Jam, specifically Victoria, have been nothing short of outstanding in there communication. My experience of Jam is that they are a slick, human centric organisation that genuinely care about the candidates that they represent. Possibly the most unprofessional recruitment agency I have ever worked with. I was lied to about the salary much less than I was told it was, I was lied to about working from home I was told it was hybrid when it was in the office 5 days a week, and there was a list of hidden fees being taken from my payslip every week which I only discovered after I had left my previous job. They don’t respond to emails and they are totally unhelpful. They also somehow have CVs on file of people who have never applied through them. No clue how they get these CVs but they are definitely dodgy. AVOID.

Pleasant, fast, reliable service from the guys at JAM. Big shout out to Karen and Danni in customer care for persevering with me and being top at all times as well as Emily in recruitment. I definitely made the right choice going with JAM.

I never registered for them or any emails and they sending me emails. For unsubscribe you need ti give them your name, email address and phone number, why? Full scam, I just simply blocked them and landing to spam.

ITS A SCAM!!!! Got randomly got an email from them, don't know how they got my email address. Opened the mail and realized I have never used them so wanted to Erase my data, to erase the data they asked me for my name, email, phone number. Didn't do that. Tried to unsubscribe, asked for the same things as above. Only to then find out through the reviews here that it's a scam!

From start to finish the team at JAM have been first class, especially the contractor care team who helped iron out any problems that came up. Top class
