Jake's is worth a visit to Twizel - it has such an enormous range of stock. We've visited a couple of times for bike related things but it also has a wonderful selection of hardware, homeware, gardening etc.
Just one of my favorite places. Take your time or ask staff so helpful. The stock you need to look carefully surprising just what you can find. Always pleasant environment to go into happy people.
Absolutely THE best shop in the entire country! Found masses of everything and such good quality. Puzzles, writing paper/notecards, hardware, games, toys, camping, fishing, tech stuff - beats any warehouse any day! You could seriously do all your Christmas shopping for everyone in here!!! Amazing service too.
Luv the place and spend far to much money there. If they haven't got a product in stock it hasn't been made yet.. Super helpful staff as well.

Like an old fashioned emporium filled with every treasure you can imagine. Fishing, camping, toys, lights, plants, clothing... Anything your little heart desires. Fantastic knowlegeable and friendly service too.
One of everything here. Friendly staff. Well stocked store.
