Jai Hillman - Rentex Limited Property Manager

Nicole is one of the best property managers I have ever met. She is very nice and empathetic. She understood my situation and greatly helped me to solve my issues as soon as possible. She always responds to my emails and messages very quickly and provides all the information and services I need. It is a great pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her and Rentex.

For past 8 years, Rentex has been managing the property I have been renting out. I liaise with 3 different property managers from Rentex over this period of 8 years. All of them has been friendly, supportive and professional. Currently, Nicole is the our point of contact. She is very nice and helpful. She responds quickly and arrange someone to send over to fix any maintenance issues. I never had a problem dealing with Rentex people.

Nicole has been the property Manager at the Apartment that I have been renting for the past 2 years. She has consistently been easy to reach, fast to respond and timely in her assistance when we required help. She is organised, kind and a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 would rent again.

Ha Lee managed our property in Sunnynook for ten years. She was good, thorough and very easy to work with. HaLee missed very little in her dealings with the tenant and made the ownership of a rental property much simpler than it would otherwise be. Great experience.

A horrible experience - Iris Yu is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. Her communication is terrible with no regard to keeping you looped in and it is incredibly frustrating trying to get basic information from her. I would stay well away from leaving your properties in her care - unless you want your tenants to take you to the tribunal. The fees that are charged for the amount of work and return is a joke - so are the "inspection" reports. The tenants found a way to contact us because the properties were in such bad shape and nothing was being done about it. Glad that we switched to a better property manager at another company - not had a single issue since.

I haven't know Diane long but from the first meeting as a potential and now actual rental manager what stood out was her professional, diligent approach to her work. I think Diane has found the secret to the 48 hour day !! she responds to all texts and emails with lightening speed and has excellent communication skills. Diane is also personable and friendly, and I feel that she is committed to her work rather than simply getting the job done. As a renter I feel very happy to be dealing with Diane!

Diane is an amazing property manager. Always contactable, replies to texts even on the weekends and gives good notice for house inspections when they need to be done. When ever there is a issue, plumbing etc, she sorts it straight away. I recommend her 100%

Diane is the best property manager I have dealt with to this date. I was looking to move into a new place within a week during covid restrictions and Diane understood my concerns and sped up the process so that I could find a suitable place to stay at the earliest. During my stay she heard out all my queries and swiftly resolved them. She is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Diane has been our property agent for a number of years and has always provided a professional service. Her communication is excellent. Diane is ready with advice about legal requirements as well as making sure that our property is well looked after with regular inspections as well as organising repair needs in a timely manner. Diane has been our agent for a few years and she has never disappointed us. When something needs attention around the house, we txt her and she responds immediately, even on a weekend. She takes pride in her work and keeping both owners and tenant’s happy. Highly recommend Diane! She is amazing!
