I had a great experience in the shop in Arrowtown 2020. That fond memories made me go back again. Unfortunately the staff who served me made me feel very unwelcomed this time .

The shop assistants where super helpful with educating myself and my group about jade types and choosing corresponding pieces for each member.

Beautifully presented shop in a picturesque town. I purchased a piece of jade for my girlfriend and after dropping hints found out i may have got the wrong present. The staff helped me choose a new piece and exchanged it without a problem. A very warm welcoming shop that is definitely worth a visit if you are passing through arrowtown.
