Disappointing service. Ordered a fence on behalf of one of our customers. Estimated delivery date was given, but when I rang that week to ask what day it would be delivered they said they couldn't speak to transport and no information could be given. I canceled the job that week as we couldn't get a date, only to be sent a text that afternoon to say it would be delivered the following morning. They turned up in the afternoon after the client waited all morning. When delivered the cut-down kit wasnt with the order we were not advised this wasn't going to be sent. The delivery guy advised ringing the office. The office then advised it would take another week to be delivered. We then canceled this part. The communication and service has not been great. The panels are good quality but the service needs huge improvement, as a business, trying to manage the expectations of a client is very difficult when Jacksons don't communicate anything.
