Can’t speak highly enough of Waiuku ITM. Friendly, professional staff with expertise. Great service and in a timely manner. I’ve attended Toolbox top up events here that have been first class including the tucker!!. Prices are very reasonable but the service offering here trumps the rest. Highly recommend for jobs big and small. These guys will see you right!!

Sadly I have to write a negative review. My husband who has a mask exemption went to purchase concrete, he was asked where his mask was, he replied he has an exemption, he was told he has to wait outside, treated like a criminal/pepper. He chose to leave and took his business elsewhere, we won’t go back, and at the moment we are completely renovating our place. It is sad that people treat others in this manner - banished to wait outside, due to having a valid reason for not wearing something that will harm his lungs. Very very disappointing. We will not return.

Absolutely appalling service! My husband has a valid medical exemption to not wear a mask, he walked in to your store 3 people almost manhandled him out the store, even though he explained his situation. He was there to order an pay for a $13k shed, but you wouldn't let him in to pay! You have now not only lost this and any continued business! I will be reporting you to the human rights commission!
