Terms and Conditions
Facebook Sales:
Any items you would like to purchase, comment ‘sold’. Once you have completed looking around the page and commenting you MUST private message me on the page. I will ‘like’ your comments so you know that I have seen what items you would like to purchase.
The Private Message MUST be sent within 24hrs of the comment being made or the comment will be removed and item back up for sale. I only make 1 of each item most of the time so this is the reason for this.
Payment must be made into the nominated bank account within 48hrs of confirming items that you wish to buy – unless prior arrangement has been made.
Website Sales:
Select items you wish to buy and add them to your cart. Once completed – select shipping option and follow through to Paypal to complete your item. I will email you once I am notified through the website and Paypal.
Shipping:
Items are all posted through NZ Parcel Post. If you would like it tracked or couriered please specify this to me or else it’s the cheapest option of Parcel Post to any where in NZ.
Faulty Items:
In the event you receive a faulty item please contact me within 48hrs with photo evidence and I will usually ship a replacement item to you.
If any items down the track full apart – most of fixed with a bit of hot or craft glue. If stitching is coming undone up to 12weeks of purchase please contact me so we can rectify the problem for you.
Custom Orders:
I take my custom orders very seriously and work closely with the customer to ensure they get exactly what they are wishing for. Once we have confirmed everything, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid in to my bank account.
If you wish to ‘add’ things to your order ie: bling embellishments/pearls etc the extra cost will be added to the final amount that’s still owing. Full payment must be made including postage before anything is shipped out or collect.
If a large order (Over $70 or more) is needed within 4 weeks or less a rush order fee will be added depending on the order (This applies mainly to the flower pots)
