With a Warm greeting on my arrival, and lots of beautiful shoes With Ankle Boots in store as well, im sure if your like me you'll soon see something you love. My only request would be for more size 10 And 11 shoes as the choices seem to be getting harder to find. For those of us needing a larger pair of shoes its difficult if there aren't many choices out there . The good news is I found a pair of shoes That I fell in love with Although slightly higher than what I would normally wear, And after a bit of rebalancing, from wearing flats I found stepping into them I could wear them but definately with a bit of practice at home L.o.l. Thank-you to the lady who helped and encouraged me that let me take my time walking in my new shoes around her store. Very much appreciated her help at a busy time.
I bought the most beautiful pair of doc martens boots from here a few days ago and I couldn't be happier, with the boots, the price of them and with the service I got from the lovely ladies in the shop. My last pair of DMs I bought in my home town of Nottingham, UK, and the ladies that served me in queenstown was from Nottingham also! So helpful and cheerful! I bought the first pair I tried on and I LOVE THEM! Thank you so much for the fantastic service and beautiful boots! Michelle
I bought a pair of shoes recently and when I arrived home my partner confessed he had bought me a very similar pair for my upcoming birthday. I went back to the store literally 2 hours later and was unable to return the shoes. I understand your generic store policy however you have clearly lost all compassion for your customers, flexibility and willingness to understand various individual situations as they arise. I was then forced to exchange for an expensive bag that I don't need. They wouldn't even give me the remaining $10 in cash after the exchange occurred. I am not a Queenstown local but I do have a holiday house here and I will never shop here again.
BUYER BEWARE - This shop has an unusual return/exchange policy compared to industry standard for retailers. We are Queenstown locals and have shopped frequently at this store which certainly is a lovely store, however, if your purchase is faulty or if there is a possibility that you need to return or exchange the item then DO NOT BUY because you will not be able to. You are better off to buy online or from another store which will have the normal retail returns/exchange policy and enable you to have these options to be available.
I came back home very upset and disappointed with the service I received in this store. I ordered some boots which my friend collected for me. They did not fit me properly and I wasn’t able to try them on in store and now they won’t give me a refund or an exchange. They haven’t even been worn! And when I asked for any other suggestion or help they told me it’s very difficult to re-sell the boots because they are a small size? This makes no sense.
I needed a pair a shoes for Monday morning. Within a day the whole transaction was sorted. Kerrey was super atentive and went the extra mile, she delievered the shoes personally and even brought and extra pair to be sure about sizes. Brilliant customer service and great attention to details!! Great shop!
