At Island Custom our aim is to share with the world beautiful handcrafted products sewn here in New Zealand. We create baby products such as baby carriers, clothing and quilts.
In New Zealand, cotton clothing ideal for the tropical Islands, are not very suitable for the cold climate. So we try to provide wool clothing options, using pacific designs, for children and adults.
Soon we will be releasing our own range of NZ made wool fabrics that will show off off our pacific contemporary designs. This is high quality wool that is beautiful soft. It will be available by the metre and also in finished products that we have designed.
We are an "approved cottage vendor" on the NZ Babywearing Marketplace facebook page.
We are also members of the Baby Carrier Industry Alliance (BCIA).
