IRazor Haircuts - The Hub Hornby

Highly disappointed! I was a regular customer holding loyalty card until today! After today experience I’m not coming there anymore! So does it mean when I’m not from Philippines I have to pay per my haircut about 5dollars more?! Interesting - my haircut took 5min and I paid 40$! Even when I have customer card, person before me served by same hairdresser was sitting there ages and paid 35$ - sorry I don’t have same skin color! I’m foreigner too, but this situation is ridiculous.

Today I had my 4th haircut at IRazor, 3 times I have left being unsatisfied with my haircut, The only time I was happy with the final haircut it was with a man I had previously complained about for giving me the worst haircut I have ever had! I wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE! For $30 you could give yourself a better haircut at home with garden shears and 2 fingers on each hand, i would be surprised if anyone here was trained, Doesn’t matter who you get 4/4 people I had were all incompetent.

After having my haircut I ordered dinner in the adjacent food court as my hair dried out it became obvious that a piece was missed and I had to go back and get it quickly recut again in between customers

Second time getting a haircut at this place. My first haircut, I had a guy and he gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. However, this time the lady who was cutting my hair was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. There was no acknowledgement after paying. She ignored me and continued to go on her phone. She has put me off coming back to this barber.

Overpriced, and terrible skills in cutting hair. Only needed a buzz cut, seems the stylists can't even manage that.

We have to drive an hour from Ashburton every 4 weeks just to get a haircut here. Great service and reasonably priced. Will always be back.

IraZor Hornby is always my go to Salon. I’m a 100% satisfied customer since Irazor opened. Went on Sunday morning half an hour before opening time but was still 10th in queue, they had their covid protocols down to a T, I got my usual short fade style by same lady as you Bruce, but didn't get my shoulder rub .Very happy with my haircut . I Love irazor it's a very friendly atmosphere, the lady at the door signing customers in was having a boogie, everyone was in a good mood unlike most kiwi run hairdressers. The fact that the lady doing my cut was getting interrupted by her boyfriend on the phone didn't even bother me but gave me an excuse to throw a bit of cheek
