Don’t be tempted by inferior cheap fixes in independent kiosks or shops, pay just a little bit more and get a sound repair you can trust. Lifetime guarantee of the screen as long as you don’t smash it again ;. Very satisfied.
Excellent service, took in my iPhone which I thought needed a new charging port, Hugo cleaned it out and got it working again in a couple of minutes and only charged me a tenner as opposed to the £30 I was quite willing to pay, and had booked in, for a new port. Sure plenty of shops would have just gone for the more expensive repair without checking if there was a cheaper and quicker option. Very happy with the service here.
Not as good as it used to be. Had battery replaced at the Stratford branch and that only last me 3 months. Then I went to this branch to get it redone under warranty and there’s barely anything difference. Also they don’t use genuine parts. You’re better of going apple for apple repairs
Hugo and Kledjion are absolute geniuses! My iPhone 12 stopped working and they replaced the screen and battery within 4 hours. Really really helpful and knowledgeable, the both of them. Extremely helpful pair of technicians!
Walked up without an appointment and the guys still repaired my phone screen by the end of the day. Really efficient service and friendly, helpful staff. Phone is now good as new!

After struggling for most of most the day to fix my phone at the EE repair shop I tried iSmash @ Victoria. They were excellent. Efficient, engaging and sympathetic, they had the screen replaced and back to me in a few hours. I dealt with Tedi and Kledson, the technician in particular stood out - very helpful. All approved by Google/Pixel so the warranty stays intact. Will definitialey use again.
