I was recently privileged to receive a life transforming 3 hour energy session with John. I was able to experience the start of my healing immediately. I have experienced healing with both John and Tami together through their monthly group Soul Ascension Breath work sessions I've attended 4 and will definitely go back again. I've also experienced a one on one Soul Ascension with John. In all sessions I felt at ease, both John and Tami have welcome loving energies and are able to hold such open and safe space. I booked my first soul ascension session with John and days then hours leading up to it, I almost talked myself out of going. I’m glad I didn’t. My session was so powerful, learning many things about myself that were hidden away. I walked out feeling a lot lighter. John is so gifted. Such a genuine, caring soul. John and Tami are so lovely. I first went to one of their breath work sessions on the beach, the breath work offered insights of things I needed to action even if I didn't particularly feel brave enough to do. I have recently had a one on one Soul Ascension with John, this was a very held experience and offered further insights- and probably other things that'll only make sense in a few years to come. The guidance and work journeyed through together in a session, can be deep and shift a lot... so recommend an openness, curiosity and also kindness to yourself to take things steady with whatever insights and shifts occur.
I’ve recently had two amazing sessions with John. He is such a lovely, caring soul who truly wants the best for you and to facilitate you becoming the best version of yourself. I booked without knowing what to expect or what I was wanting from a session but we figured out very quickly what it was that I needed and the areas of ‘stuck energy’ that needed to be lifted. I left John’s session feeling incredible! I could breathe, like truly, deeply breathe, I felt so much more positive within myself, way lighter & like I was ready to tackle the world in my new light. Within a week opportunities presented themselves for me the practice my new learning & I felt so empowered. During our second session I was after a relaxing and restful massage and that’s just what I got. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep, it was amazing. Wow wow wow! John has a gift like no other. I went into my Soul Ascension session not knowing what to expect or what would come out of it and I genuinely cannot be more grateful. John and the environment he created made me feel so safe, comfortable and heard. He explained everything that he was doing so that I could understand and made sure to check in as time went on to ensure I was still feeling comfortable and safe. Delving into the various chakras and blockages that my body was holding onto was so fascinating and made so much sense based on my life experiences. Delving into past life regressions has truly changed my life. Knowing what I know now, my life makes so much more sense. The roles and responsibilities I have taken on often left me feeling resentment towards certain people in my life and now that has gone because I understand the bigger meaning as to why things turned out the way they did. Working through everything John and I worked through, I feel so at peace in myself and with my life. It is really hard to explain how that feels, but it has been beautiful. Since I saw John two weeks ago so many things in my life have been happening that I know wouldn't have happened previous to seeing him. My receiving chakra was very blocked and since moving that energy and unblocking it I have noticed so many different opportunities of support and financial opportunities coming my way which I was very much not willing to accept beforehand. My relationships feel so much better and I have been living very presently, living in the moment and am being very spontaneous, which I love. I truly was not sure what I'd get from this experience and what would show up, but it has exceeded any expectations I had and more. What came up for me in my session and the physical feelings I had as energy was moving around my body was honestly mind blowing. You really couldn't write it! I will be going back to see John and I can tell you that the gift he offers is truly invaluable.
My first meeting with John I was very impressed by how direct he was about his gifts and skills and I knew straight away if I didn’t have a 1:1 session I’d be missing something important in my healing journey. How right I was! If you find yourself reading this and wondering whether or not to invest in your soul healing I say do it now. This is an investment in your ascension journey that you will never regret. My first shift happened two days after the healing. An ex boyfriend had came up in the session along with some negative energies that were attached to me that were parasitic and John brought this forth and cleared it. I was surprised this particular relationship had featured in my healing, as my thinking brain told me I was completely over this phase of my life. Two days later I was in a surf lesson and caught the best and biggest wave of my life and as I fist pumped the air, after coming off this epic wave I suddenly realised, that my ex had told me I would never be a surfer, that I didn’t have what it took. How that connected to my healing suddenly became really clear, the negative energy that had attached itself to my psyche was gone forever!!! Leaving me free to discover that I can surf and have got what it takes!!! What an amazing realisation and I’m so grateful to John for freeing up this negative imprint from my soul. I’m sure there are more shifts that will come and this is just the first. Thank you John!
