I should start by saying, my expectations were at an all-time low when it came to dealing with lab suppliers. I had waited over 2 months to try to get items ordered from another supplier, and it ended up being an exercise in futility. I had sent a message via the online chat to Interlab the morning we woke up to Level 4 Covid Lockdown. To my surprise, a real person, not an autobot answered, and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. By the time I got set up in my office, I already had quotes and the promised information. Before the end of the day, I had my order placed, and said order was on my doorstep a few days later, beautifully packed, and quicker than expected. Likely due to my own miscommunication, one of the items I ordered was a poor fit. Julianne had me sorted, and reshipped the correct size order before lunch, and sent me a return label for the exchange. I can't express the gratitude and thanks I have for finding a lab supplier who has this amazing level of customer service. I am a small tissue culture lab, so not the huge corporate/educational/government organization with heaps of budget for everyday consumables. Julianne made me feel JUST as important, and was amazing in every aspect of my purchase. She even asked if there was anything they didn't carry that I needed to let her know and she would see what she could do. Sure enough, my other major consumable will be available through Interlab, so it can be a one stop shop for most things I need. Amazing. I will be hard pressed to go elsewhere for lab gear that Interlab carries or doesn't carry, but can drop ship. Their level of customer service is superb and would be a great example for others to follow! Thank you again for your amazing service!
I went there looking for Microscope Slides for my personal experiments. I was highly satisfied by the service. In fact they have a wide variety of them and you would be spoilt for choice. Not only did I find what I wanted, I discovered this could be the one stop shop for most lab supplies I would ever need. Not chemicals, but containers, jars, pipettes, centrifuges and lots of other things. Juliane was a big help. And she searched the net and advised be stores/sites for the few things that they did not have. They have a well stocked warehouse. Strongly recommend this place.
