Inspired by Koby has been created to showcase Baby Loss keepsakes, and to share Koby and other Angel Baby stories. We want to raise awareness, and ensure noone ever feels alone in their journey.

Inspired by Koby

Has been ... inspired by Koby. Koby is my angel baby. He was so wanted, and I grew him for 23 weeks. Sadly, Koby couldn't stay and was born a week after my waters broke at 22 weeks. The longest week in hospital. Though after, there would be longer weeks. My experience with losing Koby, opened my eyes to the world of baby loss. There was no information for me from the hospital. We received a box from Sands. Noone explained it, and I didn't look. Until too late. I missed out on many memory making ideas, because I just didn't know.

I have gone on to create many new memories since we said goodbye to Koby in 2011. Koby inspired the creation of my business, KJdesigns - where I can now create new memories for others, special keepsakes where I can handstamp babies name and details onto jewellery or keyrings .. that can be cherished forever.

Inspired by Koby, is my platform, where I would like to share the baby loss keepsakes I create through KJdesigns, and also other keepsakes and memory making ideas I have found over the years. I would like to share my story, Kobys story, and the story of many other Angel Baby families that I have met.

I would like to help in breaking the silence, and ensuring noone ever feels alone in their grief. There are others out there who 'get it'... Losing a baby can be an exceptionally lonely journey - but it doesn't have to be.
