Probably the most straightforward user friendly case management system I have used. The support staff are professional and friendly and the training sessions we had with them during initial set up were to the point, clear and concise... no bombardment of unnecessary information which can sometimes be the case with training sessions. You can open a "help" page and search what you want to do, split screen on your PC and just read guide step by step, if you get stumped just email support and they are right on it. Very satisfied and happy to be using this system. Finally the boss got something right. :
At didlaw we use Insight for case management and accounts. All in one cloud-based package. It's easy to use. Simple interface with Word & Excel. User-friendly & intuitive.
As always excellent help from the support team changing some nominal accounts from expenses to balance sheet. I find the software very easy to use, and absolutely fit for purpose. Migration was easy! System is then really easy to use. The support team are second to none.

Having first hand experience of several legal software systems, Insight Legal is my favourite. Several of my clients now use it & I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Whilst the type of work I do means that I don't have much experience with the case management side of things, I find the financial accounting & reporting functions second to none & support, when needed, is excellent.'
'Have used software for about 8 years and have found it logical and easy. Support team are responsive - although lately perhaps a bit less so than in the early days - a factor of them growing in size no doubt. Would like more flexibility on reports - especially to aid with PII applications - ability to work out top 20% of clients fees in a given period for example. In summary a great product backed by a great team.'
I like the accessibility and approachability of the Insight team and the way in which they really listen to their users and include requests and suggestions in the design. You feel as though you are getting a personal service from a team that cares - as well as a highly effective CMS. Excellent value all round.
Simple and user friendly, user manuals could be more detailed and more easily available through a help or support tab on the software itself but this has never been a major issue as the telephone help support is excellent and very quickly available whenever needed. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend Insight Legal to any small to medium size legal practice. The system does so much far more than I even know and support is friendly and first class.
I have used Insight since setting up my own practice two years ago. It is reasonably priced and the support is excellent. It has helped us run as a paperless office and is very easy to use, far more so than other, more expensive systems I have used previously . There were some teething issues which have been addressed in software updates.
