Excellent shop! I’m very happy with my online order! Very grateful that they put a 2022 diary in my Filofax, the listing said it would have a 2021 diary so I wasn’t expecting a 2022. That was a nice surprise. Thank you Inkt : I didn’t realise they had a store in Whanganui so I will definitely be checking them out next time I’m there.

Dropped my late fathers pen and my wife’s grandfather’s pen in to have a nib replaced on one and a leaky bladder replaced on the other. That was in January and now it’s the end of July. After many calls from me to see how the repairs were going he’s only just looked at them. I’ve been told the nib will cost $50 for an adjustment and that the parts for the other pen aren’t in stock, after six months. I’ll never deal with this store again. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication,
