I’ve visited plenty of physios over the years but Informs approach far excels anywhere else I have been, most physios will strictly only treat the injured area however Inform take a much more whole approach and help to hunt down and fix what is contributing to injuries. Tessa and Jason in particular have both been brilliant to deal with. Added bonus is they also have some of the nicest reception staff around, everyone is treated with respect and kindness.
Highly recommend. Diane the receptionist is extremely professional, friendly and super organised. I just leave her to sort my appointments and anything else needed. Absolutely love how efficient they are. My physiotherapist Stephanie whom I’ve seen for two different injuries is an expert in her field. Very knowledgeable, informative and always gets me back to normal functionality within weeks of injury. She was better than my GP and hospital medical professionals. Excellent service all round, thank you!
