Accommodating staff, clean facilities, great day!
Just wanted to say how easy my sons birthday party was at Inflatable World Dom rd. I made the inquiry online and they called me straight away. Sent email confirmation with all the details. They requested a guest list which I sent back and on the day the table was ready, in a clean and tidy area. The party tables overlooked the inflatables so you could see the kids. Then paying at the end was super easy and organised. Thanks, great experience and the kids loved it. Price was good too and they have a bar which sold alcohol!
Went to a birthday party here and I can't believe we've been missing out on this gem this whole time. Gonna be a new weekend activity now, with the kids or without!
This place is great. Hosted a combined birthday party here for 6 and 8 year olds. 28 kids! We were expecting a bit of a nightmare, but it was pretty smooth, thanks to the staff and facilities here. Kids had a blast! There was heaps of room, it was comfortable for adults not too noisy and it was reasonably priced. Negatives: Hard to find, not enough signage. A bit hot in early April. So put a map on the invite and provide lots of beverages.
Great location, good price, all weather, good amenities, and they do parties. My only complaint is that sometimes they are closed for indoor sports tournaments, so it can pay to ring ahead.
The kids enjoyed it preschoolers. Toilets were nice and clean. Needs signage though. It's straight down and right around the back.
Good experience and enjoyment for kids for 2-3 hrs. Limited food is available on premises. Can bring your own food or order nearby. Place available for birthday parties. The quality of inflated slides and other rides is good. Seperate area is designated for older kids. Parents can relax while their kids enjoy in a safe atmosphere.
Look it’s a rubbish facility on a good day. I’ve been often for indoor sports and as inflatable world for kids parties. The staff have terrible customer service, the toilets are barely clean and never have soap and it’s always dirty and sticky. My most recent visit involved one of the inflatables catching fire or over heating. We still don’t know. One of the teenage staff members screamed FIRE and a stampede of Savannah proportions occurred. It was ruthless. The staff didn’t know what to do and the building wasn’t evacuated. A customer rang 111 and we all just kept going with our kids parties while the smell of burning plastic increased. The floppy haired ‘FIRE’ screamer came around at 12 and told us the party was over. Inflatable world deflated at 11am and never came back to life during our session. They sell beer though, even at 11am.
First of all, it was so hard to find this place as it did not have any signs outside. Inside was like a sauna and this was in mid December. You only get a specific time if you want to have a party there. Doesn't matter how many guests you have, they will only give you two tables and whatever number of chairs they have. Would not go there again.
