Very clean equipment, some big, interesting setups, great place for the kids to run around and adventure. Simple cafe bar for a coffee or beer, there was no hot food when we went but sometimes there are hot chips available, that sort of thing. Cold if you're a spectator, bring a coat, but perfect for kids running around. Friendly staff, reasonably priced.
Rude staff. Asked for a plastic cup as they had run out at the water tank and they said no even though they had some spare in view. When I mentioned that she rudely started waving at me while I was still speaking. I spent over $60 for the kids to play so asking for more cups to be replaced to keep them hydrated wasn't a big ask and there was no need for the attitude.
Grandkids loved it! Not too busy. No loud background music. Awesome.

We had my granddaughters 5th birthday party there it was great we took all our own food and cake. There was nine children and they had a great time I think they all went home pretty tuckered out. At the end was so easy cleaning up all rubbish off the table into a rubbish bag and sorted up the food that was left to take home we had bottles of water and little pkts of just juice. I would totally reccomend it to anyone far easier than having one at home. The kids loved it
I was there to celebrate a 9th birthday. It is a very popular place & well run.
Really cool place but not worth the visit if your kids are under the age of 8. Brought our wee man and after several close calls in the "under 5s" area asked one of the staff about how strictly that's enforced and he responded "not really". After being asked again by someone else in our party he was a bit rude while telling us that only the tunnels and blocks are the under 5 area. However the other staff member was really lovely and asked some of the bigger kids to be a bit more careful around the little ones, which was greatly appreciated.
Great place for birthday parties, order some pizzas and let the kids play all day, and they will sleep well that night !
