Story

I have an understanding of how the body moves and the stress we put our body through each day.

My goal in talking to you is to find the cause of your pain or tension then create a massage tailored to best suit your body.

I am qualified in Health and Sports massage. My techniques include Relaxation, Sports Recovery & Myofascial Release.

We want to promote muscle relaxation, pain reduction and create a space where your body can heal itself.

We also provide onsite Corporate massage to businesses. Using an ergonomically correct chair we provide the staff with a massage of their Shoulders, Back, Neck - right where the tension builds when sitting for a prolonged periods
