I had a great experience with Jackie when I got a in-home massage about a week before running my second full marathon. She used myofascial release after I requested some extra attention to my legs, which helped with the tightness a lot. The whole experience was not rushed and was completely comfortable especially for this massage newbie. My legs definitely felt looser, and I ended up running a great race. I definitely recommend In Touch Healing!
Jackie did a couples massage for my husband and I just before we got married. It was perfect! We each took a turn getting a full body massage with hot towels, hot stones, and delicious scented body oils. It was the ideal way to relax the week before the wedding, and as a stressed out bride and groom we certainly needed it. Jackie paid close attention to our injuries and areas that needed the most attention based on where we carry stress. I would definitely recommend Jackie's massage to anyone!
I went to Jackie to get some relief from back and neck pain that has plagued me for the last 12 or so years. She took the time to learn about what caused my injury and some of the challenges I have because of it. The entire massage was focused on my problem areas, and for the first time in years I was actually able to move my neck without pain. I can't say enough about how amazing the entire experience was and I will definitely be returning soon.
