Great team, Great price. Emma and the team were super friendly, did well with the move and plenty of heavy lifting. Would definitely use impact movers again.
Terrible experience. The moving company only moved 50% of my belongings of what they had originally quoted for and refused to give me a partial refund. They also left my street facing storage unit unlocked and there was a valuable item inside. When I asked them to go and lock it they did so grudgingly.
Just had a freezer delivered by this company and would thoroughly recommend them. The 2 delivery guys were polite, respectful and very helpful. Narrow steps, uneven ground and a deck to negotiate but all done with a smile and a ‘no problem’ attitude. Excellent service!!
Impact provide a great service. Having used them to move my things 3 times in the last 4 years I can safely say they are the best movers in Taranaki. Caleb and team are friendly and efficient. They even provide this service at a competitive cost. Thanks for all your help Impact movers!
