Staff were polite and kind. Booked in my colleague’s work vehicle 2 days in advance without hassle. Complimentary Uber service to and from the office. Would highly recommend!
Went in with some enquiries on parts for one of my cars before I sell it. These were pretty inane parts that would make a number of people roll their eyes and ask why. Instead, the gentlemen I dealt with was engaged and understanding, offering me quick reasonable options.nnThe pleasant greeting from other staff is always a plus as well. Great service and done with a smile. Would definitely recommend.
You do pay for quality products and can get the service you know will be fix you car. The vehicles they sell are all registered and warranted as well as serviced.nThey sell a complete range of vehicles and are proactive about getting in contact with you over servicing.nUnfortunately they were not responsive with servicing. After being absolutely assured the parts would arrive they didn't arrive. Then blaming the Cook Straight Ferry for not meeting a crossing? They had the time to stop me driving across town from Redwood to Ilam but didn't txt or phone. They pride themselves on great customer service but this time Toyota's service department missed the mark.
I went to Ilam Toyota for an appraisal few weeks ago. Had called the day before to book an appointment but was ensured I can walk in without an appointment. When I went there, the staff member enquired about appointment and I explained the phone situation. The staff member was polite and accommodated our car inspection on a Sunday. I was told I will be called once it’s done. But no calls even after hours of waiting around. I went in eventually and the car was already ready to go. But again, I let it go because it’s a Sunday and they might have been busy. I was told I will get a price on Monday. Nothing until Thursday and I did few follow up calls, went in circles and eventually someone said a staff member called Ronan not sure of spelling will call. But nothing, I emailed them, nothing again. The car was initially bought from them, so they should have all the information in their system, which is why I thought an appraisal would have been a relatively easy process. But unfortunately it wasn’t. So overall it was such a waste of my time and energy.
Great service, great delivery. Quality process and customer experience from the team.nHighly recommended. Vicent was awesome!
