Really great experience purchasing my new RAV4 from Ilam Toyota. The whole process was incredibly easy and straightforward from start to finish, and the service was excellent.nnA special thanks to Patrick, who was fantastic to deal with – friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made everything feel completely hassle-free. Nothing was ever a problem and the communication throughout was great.nnReally happy with the new car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Patrick and the team at Ilam Toyota!
My first ever brand new car and I chose the 2026 Toyota Corolla wagon that was ordered from Japan resulting in a wait time of about three months. I would like to mention how well I was treated by Vincent, my main point of contact, who kept me updated throughout that time and when I took possession explained all of the vehicle’s features. The car was covered by a black cloth that I was invited to remove - a very nice touch, enhancing the joy of buying a new car. My dealings with Ilam Toyota was a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
We always have Michelle Dampier help us with all our vehicle purchases, she is simply the best! So knowledgeable, fast efficient service!
Thank you, Vincent and Kim. To Vincent, thank you for approaching us right away and assisting us; he is great at communicating and explaining all the details. And to Kim, thank you she is easy to talk to and explained everything before signing the contract.nThey are both easy to deal with, you will feel comfortable, and they won't rush you. The best experience!
A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO Caleb, super helpful and friendly young mechanic from ILAM Toyota, who heard me unsuccessfully trying to start my car in the Westfield car park today, came over even though it was his time off, and spent nearly an hour cleaning my air filter, checking my distributor, and even chopping the broken end off an air hose that had split and fallen off, and re-attaching it. He wouldn't take any payment, but he did tell me he worked as a mechanic at ILAM Toyota, so I'm posting this so people will know what a truly awesome guy he is!
