Recently purchased a Corolla. All the staff are very pleasant to deal with & go the extra mile to see you are looked after. Good catching up with Paul Taylor who recommended Michelle Dampier to me as a sales consultant: she knows the Toyota product well & sees that you are looked after. Very happy with new car and with service provided.
My husband and I had the best experience at Ilam Toyota, and we’re beyond excited about our new car! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. Jack and Ashleigh were absolutely amazing – they took the time to walk us through every step of the process and made sure we understood all the details. Jack even gave me a thorough demo of how everything works in the car, which made us feel so confident and excited about our purchase. The customer service was exceptional, and we truly felt valued as customers. We’re definitely planning to return when we’re ready for a truck, and we’re hoping Jack and Ashleigh will be there to help us again. We can’t recommend Ilam Toyota enough – such a wonderful experience!
